The third-seeded duo from Italy, Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori, defeated the American pair Taylor Townsend and Evan King in straight sets (6-4, 6-2) to win the mixed doubles final at Roland Garros. This marks their second Grand Slam victory together, their first being the US Open title. Errani also secured a gold medal in women’s doubles at the Paris 2024 Olympics alongside Jasmine Paolini.
