On June 9–10, the Indian Navy and the Royal Navy conducted a passage exercise in the North Arabian Sea, featuring India’s stealth frigate INS Tabar, a submarine, and P-8I aircraft. The UK’s Carrier Strike Group included the HMS Prince of Wales and HMS Richmond. According to the Ministry of Defence, the exercise showcased strong bilateral naval cooperation, involving coordinated anti-submarine warfare, tactical drills, and helicopter operations.
