  • India and the United Kingdom have agreed to expand military training cooperation, with Indian Air Force instructors set to train British fast jet pilots for the first time. Three Indian Qualified Flying Instructors will be deployed for two years at RAF Valley, the UK’s premier fast jet training base.
  • The move follows growing defence collaboration and reflects increasing operational trust between the two air forces. Indian officers are now serving as instructors across all three major British military academies. The decision was announced after the 19th India–UK Air Staff Talks in New Delhi.
