India and the UAE held the third meeting of the Joint Committee under the India–UAE CEPA in New Delhi, co-chaired by Shri Ajay Bhadoo (India) and H.E. Juma Al Kait (UAE). Both sides celebrated the milestone of bilateral trade crossing USD 100.06 billion in FY 2024–25, up 19.6%, highlighting the UAE as a key trading partner. Discussions focused on market access, Gold TRQ allocation, anti-dumping, services, Rules of Origin, BIS licensing, and regulatory cooperation. The meeting concluded with agreements to enhance trade facilitation, data sharing, and services collaboration, reinforcing the CEPA strategic partnership.
