India participated in the 2nd Council Session of the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) in Nice, France, as the Council’s Vice President. During the session, the Secretary (Ports, Shipping and Waterways) emphasized India's achievements in vessel traffic services and marine navigation safety.
