India and Oman have signed a protocol to amend the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) and agreed to continue negotiations on the proposed India-Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) during the official visit of Union Minister Piyush Goyal to Oman.
