  • India sent 26 tons of humanitarian aid to Honduras after Tropical Storm Sara, which included medical supplies, disaster relief materials, surgical instruments, glucometers, oximeters, gloves, syringes, IV fluids, blankets, sleeping mats, and hygiene kits. 
  • India also sent aid to the Kurdistan region of Iraq, which included bronchodilators, inhalers, and ventilators. 
  • India had contributed 20 million US dollars for aid to Iraq in response to the United Nations Secretary-General's appeal in 2003 and 10 million US dollars to the reconstruction fund in 2004.
