The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), in collaboration with WNS Global Services, launched the IICA–WNS Ybrant CSR, ESG & Sustainability Programme. The initiative aims to prepare students for leadership roles that align business success with social and environmental responsibility. Speaking at the event, IICA CEO and DG Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh highlighted that India’s CSR spending has grown from ₹10,065.93 crore in FY 2014–15 to ₹34,908.75 crore in FY 2023–24. The six-month blended learning programme combines academic and field sessions to train students from leading institutions like IIM Shillong and Symbiosis University in sustainable and responsible business practices.
