HBL Engineering Limited has secured a major ₹132.95 crore contract to deploy the ‘Kavach’ safety signaling system across the Vijayawada-Ballarshah rail section. The project includes 48 stations, 446 kilometers of track, and 10 locomotives. The contract must be executed within 18 months and boosts HBL’s total order book to ₹3,998.38 crores, underlining its growing prominence in railway technology infrastructure.
