Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla is slated to make history as the second Indian to travel to space, joining the Axiom-4 mission bound for the International Space Station (ISS). The launch, initially delayed by weather, is now scheduled for June 11, 2025. This will be India's first manned space mission since 1984.
