India marked a strong global academic presence as four universities secured spots in the top 100 of the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025. Leading the way, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham ranked 41st globally, followed by Lovely Professional University (48th), while JSS Academy of Higher Education and Shoolini University jointly ranked 96th. The rankings assess universities on their commitment to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
