Elavenil Valarivan (25) secured bronze in the 10m air rifle event during the Munich World Cup.
She led much of the final, shooting a high 635.6 in qualification but dropped from gold contention by just 0.2 points on her second‑last shot.
This marks Elavenil’s first World Cup bronze, adding to her earlier four golds and one bronze.
Gold went to China’s Wang Zifei, who reset the qualification world record with 637.9 points, narrowly beating Korean Kwon Eunji by 0.1.
