The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), in partnership with IIT Madras and the Telecom Centres of Excellence (TCOE), inaugurated the first-ever three-day Telecom Technology Development Fund (TTDF) Symposium 2025 at IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai. The event, launched by Telecom Secretary Dr. Neeraj Mittal, aims to promote indigenous R&D in next-generation telecom and bridge rural-urban digital gaps.
