The Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (DoSJE), Government of India, signed an MoU with PERSOLKELLY India Pvt. Ltd., a leading HR and staffing company, to enhance employment opportunities for candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC) and Other Backward Classes (OBC). Under this partnership, verified candidates will receive free counseling, resume support, interview preparation and placement assistance. The initiative ensures strict data privacy, transparency and accountability while linking beneficiaries to suitable jobs. This collaboration aims to promote inclusive employment, social equity and economic empowerment, turning welfare into real livelihood opportunities.
