CRED launched the e₹ wallet by becoming India's first fintech platform in collaboration with YES Bank, allowing users to store and transact in digital rupees (CBDC).
This initiative is a significant step towards strengthening the digital payment system and promoting the adoption of digital currency in India in partnership with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
