China beat South Korea 3-2 to win the AFC Women’s Asian Cup title.
Prior to this, China had won this title in 2006. The championship is now the ninth Asian Cup title in China's history.
It was the first time for the South Korean women’s football team to enter the final.
The AFC Women’s Asian Cup is a quadrennial competition in women’s football for national teams which belong to the Asian Football Confederation.
