Public sector lender Central Bank of India has purchased a 24.91% stake in Future Generali India for ₹451 crore and an additional 25.18% stake in Future Generali India Life Insurance for ₹57 crore. The deal was finalized and completed on June 4, 2025, according to the company’s filings to stock exchanges, reinforcing the bank's presence in the insurance sector.
