The Competition Commission of India has approved Delhivery Limited’s proposal to acquire at least 99.44% of the equity and preference shares of logistics player Ecom Express Limited, on a fully diluted basis. The acquisition will further strengthen Delhivery’s position in India’s fast-growing e-commerce logistics and supply chain sector.
