  • This year, the awards were presented to seven people from around the world at an event held in San Francisco, USA on April 29.
  • This award is known as Green Nobel. On behalf of the Goldman Environmental Foundation, it was told that Alok Shukla worked to save the Hasdeo forest of Chhattisgarh.
