Algeria inaugurated the world's third-largest mosque ahead of Ramadan.
Algerian President Abdelmajid Tebbon officially opened Dzmai el-Alzir, located on the country's central coast.
The highest minaret of this mosque is the tallest in the world, standing at an altitude of 265 meters (869 feet).
Dzmai el-Aljeer is one of the largest mosques in the world by capacity and can accommodate 120,000 people.
Considering the vastness and beauty of this mosque, it has been built in seven years and is decorated with marble, wooden computers with exquisite accents.
This mosque has a library that can handle a million books and also has a helicopter landing pad.
