  • टाटा पावर सोलर सिस्टम्स ने केरल बैकवाटर्स में भारत की सबसे बड़ी फ्लोटिंग सोलर पावर परियोजना 101.6 मेगावाट पीक (MWp) शुरू की है।
  • यह परियोजना केरल के कायमकुलम में 350 एकड़ के जल निकाय पर स्थापित है।
  • टाटा पावर सोलर टाटा पावर की पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक कंपनी है।
  • टाटा पावर सोलर ने पूरे सौर संयंत्र को पानी पर तैरने के लिए जल निकाय पर सफलतापूर्वक एक मचान मंच बनाया।
  • यह परियोजना विद्युत खरीद अनुबंध श्रेणी के माध्यम से फ्लोटिंग सोलर फोटोवोल्टिक (एफएसपीवी) में पहली परियोजना है।
