Rajeev Ahuja appointed as MD and CEO of RBL bank

  • Rajeev Ahuja has been named interim MD and CEO of RBL Bank with immediate effect by the bank's board of directors.
  • He will replace Vishwavir Ahuja.
  • For the previous ten years, Vishwavir has led the private sector lender.
  • Yogesh K. Dayal, the Reserve Bank of India's Chief General Manager, has also been named as an additional director on the board of RBL Bank.
  • Vishwavir Ahuja has been associated with RBL Bank since 2010. From 2001 to 2009, he was the MD and CEO of Bank of America India.
