  • Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in Visakhapatnam were recognized by the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) for their efforts in promoting Hindi, with awards given in three categories.
  • Award Recipients:
  • Category I: HPCL-Visakha Refinery (First Prize), NTPC Simhadri (Second Prize), Airport Authority of India (Third Prize).
  • Category II: GAIL (First Prize), HPCL-Visakha Regional Office (Second Prize), SAIL – Branch Transport & Shipping Office (Third Prize), FCI-Regional Office (Consolation Prize).
  • Category III: MSTC (First Prize), HPCL LPG (Second Prize), ECGC (Third Prize).
  • Atul Bhatt, Chairman of TOLIC and CEO of RINL, commended the increase in Hindi usage and urged the PSUs to take pride in their achievements, especially highlighting the Regional Official Language Award for 2022–23.
