Mangaluru Airport Wins ASQ ‘Best Airport at Arrivals’ Award Again

  • Mangaluru International Airport has been named among six airports worldwide for the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award 2025 in the ‘Best Airport at Arrivals’ category by Airports Council International World.
  • This is the second consecutive year Mangaluru Airport has received the honour, following its 2024 win. Managed by Adani Airport Holdings Limited, the recognition reflects sustained improvements in passenger service, terminal infrastructure, and overall arrival experience.
  • The ASQ Awards evaluate airports based on real-time passenger feedback, covering immigration efficiency, baggage handling, terminal ambience, cleanliness, signage, and comfort. In 2025, 100 airports were recognised globally, with 195 awards to be presented. The award ceremony is scheduled for September 2, 2026, in Türkiye during the ACI World Airport Experience Summit, which will host aviation leaders discussing operational excellence and passenger experience.
