  • इस ऐप का उद्देश्य लोगों को विभिन्न योजनाओं से संबंधित शिकायतों को ऑनलाइन दर्ज करने में मदद करना है।
  • यह ऐप एक 24×7 इंटरनेट-आधारित प्लेटफॉर्म है जिसका उद्देश्य विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं के खिलाफ जम्मू-कश्मीर के निवासियों की शिकायतों को रिपोर्ट करना और उनका समाधान करना है।
