भारत 4 साल के लिए यूनेस्को के अंतर-सरकारी पैनल के लिए चुना गया

भारत को चार साल के लिए अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत (ICH) की सुरक्षा के लिए यूनेस्को के 2003 कन्वेंशन की अंतर-सरकारी समिति के लिए चुना गया है।
यह तीसरी बार है जब भारत आईएचसी की सुरक्षा के लिए अंतर सरकारी समिति के लिए चुना गया है। भारत इससे पहले 2006 से 2010 और 2014 से 2018 तक दो बार ICH समिति के सदस्य के रूप में कार्य कर चुका है।
2003 के कन्वेंशन की अंतर सरकारी समिति में 24 सदस्य होते हैं, जिन्हें राज्यों की पार्टियों की महासभा द्वारा चुना जाता है।
