  • ऐक्सिस बैंक ने ऐसी शहरी शिक्षित महिलाओं को अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए ‘HouseWorkIsWork’ नामक एक पहल शुरू की है जो पेशेवर क्षेत्र में फिर से शामिल होना चाहती हैं।
  • यह पहल इसलिए शुरू की गई है क्योंकि बैंक को लगता है कि कार्यबल में शहरी शिक्षित महिलाओं की भागीदारी अभी भी वांछित स्तर पर नहीं है।
