· Veteran journalist KM Roy passed away at the age of 84
· Roy (a senior journalist and a renowned columnist), began his career as a co-editor of Keralaprakasam in 1961.
· He had also worked with Economic Times, The Hindu and UNI News Agency.
· He retired from active journalism as the editor of Dainik Mangalam.
