Veer Bal Diwas, observed annually on 26 December, honors the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s younger sons, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh, who were executed in 1705 for refusing to abandon their faith. Officially announced in 2022, the day aims to educate youth about righteousness, bravery, and moral strength. Across India, schools, colleges, and cultural institutions organize seminars, storytelling sessions, and exhibitions to inspire students and preserve the legacy of the Sahibzadas.
