  • Union Health Minister launched Indian Public Health Standard, which stands for AYUSH health care facilities.
  • Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya declared the objective of promoting strategic cooperation between AYUSH and ICMR.
  • Three Ayurveda stalwarts were honoured with Lifetime Achievement Awards at a function organized by Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth.
  • Dr Mandaviya announced setting up of AYUSH – ICMR Advanced Integrated Health Research (AI-ACIHR) and Multicentre Clinical Trial on Anaemia at select AIIMS across the country. The inaugural session also marked the launch of "Indian Public Health Standard for AYUSH Health Care Facilities" and the 27th Convocation of National Ayurveda Vidyapeeth 'Ayurveda Amritnam' and the 29th National Seminar.
