British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced a new deal worth £1.6 billion ($2 billion), under which Ukraine will be allowed to purchase 5,000 air defense missiles using export finance.
The missiles have a range of over 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) and can be launched from various locations on land, sea, and air.
