  • N. Ganapati Subramaniam has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tata Communications effective from March 14, 2025. 
  • This appointment was made following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC); Subramaniam joined the company's board on December 2, 2021. 
  • He resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Director of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in May 2024, and he has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry.
