  • Star Alliance has once again been awarded the prestigious the title of World’s Best Airlines Alliance at famous Skytrax World Airline Alliance Awards 2023.
  • Star Alliance CEO Theo Panagiotoulias received the awards for World’s Best Airlines Alliance.
  • Star Alliance, the winner of Skytrax World’s Best Airlines Alliance 2023, offers the widest network in the sky.
  • Star Alliance has also launched industry-first innovations.
  • The Skytrax World Airline Awards are known as “the Oscars of the aviation industry”, as they are decided through impartial international customer voting. 
  • This year, 20.23 million eligible entries were counted in a survey that ran from September 2022 to March 2023. It was represented by passengers with over 100 nationalities. 
  • The survey was also provided in six major international languages. Since its introduction in the award categories in 2005, Star Alliance has won the World’s Best Airline Alliance multiple times.
