Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday inaugurated helicopter services from Sanjauli heliport in Shimla, introducing daily flights to Bhuntar (Kullu) and Reckong Peo, along with thrice-weekly services to Chandigarh. The initiative aims to strengthen air connectivity and promote tourism in the hill state.
The Chief Minister said the Congress government is prioritising essential infrastructure development, while criticising the previous BJP government for spending nearly ₹1,000 crore on unused buildings.
