The world's largest concentrated solar park has been inaugurated in the UAE in December 2023.
Its name is 'Al Dhafra Solar Energy Park'.
It has been inaugurated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
It was inaugurated by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of the UAE.
The production capacity of this solar park is 950 MW.
It will generate enough electricity to power approximately 200,000 homes and displace 2.4 million tonnes of carbon emissions annually.
