  • In November, 2023, the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet meeting was held outside Lucknow for the first time.
  • This meeting was held in Ayodhya (formerly Faizabad).
  • This meeting was presided over by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
  • In the meeting, approval was given for the formation of 'Ayodhya Ji Teerth Kshetra Vikas Parishad', 'Maa Pateshwari Devipatan Vikas Parishad' and 'Shuktirtha Vikas Parishad' in Muzaffarnagar.
  • Apart from this, approval was also given to establish the Indian Temple Architecture Museum.
  • This museum will be established in Ayodhya.
  • Permission was also given in the meeting to form Uttar Pradesh Inland Waterways Authority.
  • The proposal has been approved for women voluntary groups in the state to set up plants in their own blocks.
