'North-East India' Festival was organized in Vietnam from 27 to 29 October.
This festival was held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This was the third edition of the 'North-East India' festival.
Union Minister of State for External Affairs Rajkumar Ranjan Singh participated in the festival on behalf of India.
It was organized by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs.
It aims to strengthen Indian cultural ties in the region while pursuing the Act East Policy by focusing on trade, tourism and cultural exchanges.
Vietnam is a country in South-East Asia.
Its capital is Hanoi.
