Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections were organized by the Election Commission of India in December 2023.
The result of this election was declared on 3 December.
According to the declared results, Bharatiya Janata Party got maximum 163 seats in Madhya Pradesh.
The majority figure to form government in Madhya Pradesh is 116.
As per the announcement on December 12, Mohan Yadav will be the new Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh.
Mohan Yadav is MLA from Ujjain South.
He has been the Higher Education Minister in the government of Shivraj Singh Chauhan.
