Swami Smaranananda Maharaj, the 16th president of Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission, passed away at the age of 95.
As the head of Ramakrishna Mission since 2017, Swami Smaranananda Maharaj played a significant role in guiding the organization's spiritual and philanthropic endeavors.
Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, established by Swami Vivekananda in 1897, are renowned Hindu religious and spiritual institutions headquartered in Belur Math, West Bengal, known for their contributions to education, healthcare, and social welfare.
