·        The 21st meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was held on September 17, 2021 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan in a hybrid format.

·        The meeting was chaired by the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon.

·        This was the first SCO summit held in a hybrid format and the fourth summit in which India participated as a full member of the SCO.
