  • Tata Cummins Pvt Ltd inaugurated a factory in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, to manufacture hydrogen-based internal combustion engines for medium and heavy commercial vehicles.
  • The factory, covering seven acres of land, commenced operations a year after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jharkhand government.
  • In addition to hydrogen-based engines, the facility will also produce low to zero-emission technological solutions, reflecting the joint venture's commitment to sustainability.
