The additional role of Chairperson of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has been handed to Navrang Saini.
Following M.S. Sahoo departed on September 30 after a five-year term, the position became vacant.
IBBI is a key institution in implementing the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), which came into force in 2016.
