Jindal Steel & Power Chairman Naveen Jindal on Thursday took over as the president of Indian Steel Association (ISA).
He succeeded Dilip Oommen, CEO of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, in his role.
As the ISA President, Jindal will influence policies and strategies in the Indian steel industry.
Past Presidents of ISA include industry leaders like Sajjan Jindal and TV Narendran.
ISA serves as the apex body for steel producers in India.
