Muzaffarpur (Bihar) claimed first place in the INSPIRE Award 2025, with 7,403 students presenting innovative ideas, surpassing major educational hubs like Bengaluru Urban (7,306), Bagalkot (6,826), Jaipur (6,311), and Lucknow (6,182). The INSPIRE Award, also known as MANAK, encourages students from classes 6–10 to develop creative projects, with selected participants receiving ₹10,000 to build their models.
