  • The Union Culture Ministry has decided to release a 12-part comic book series based on the themes and people featured in Prime Minister Modi’s Mann Ki Baat programme. 
  • The special project is being implemented by Amar Chitra Katha, which will release the series in English, followed by translations in 12 Indian languages.
  • The Ministry took this decision to mark the 100th episode of the Mann Ki Baat programme which was broadcast on 30th April
  • The 100th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's radio program 'Mann Ki Baat' was broadcast live at the United Nations Headquarters here late on April 29, local time..
  • The first episode of the program Mann Ki Baat was aired on 3 October 2014. The program is also broadcast in 11 foreign languages, including Chinese, Indonesian, Tibetan, Burmese, Baluchi, Arabic, Pashtu, Farsi, Darya and Swahili, in addition to 22 Indian languages and 29 dialects.
