Hitesh Kumar Sethia has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jio Financial Services, effective from November 15, 2023, for a tenure of three years, following approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Despite economic challenges, Jio Financial Services witnessed a 5.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 311 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2023-24, reflecting resilience and positive performance in a dynamic market landscape.
