Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL) has announced the appointment of Sunil Kakkad as additional director and whole-time director.
This is the first instance of the parent company Suzuki Motor Corporation nominating an Indian employee of the domestic company to its board of directors.
He has been appointed as director (corporate planning) for a three-year term from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028.
