The Maharashtra cabinet has sanctioned the purchase of land measuring 2.5 acres in Ichgam, Budgam, for the construction of Maharashtra Bhawan. The government has allocated a budget of Rs 77 crore for constructing two state guesthouse facilities in Srinagar and Ayodhya, indicating a significant financial commitment to the project and the tourism sector.
