Lionel Messi was awarded the 'Best Foreign Player' in France's Ligue 1 for the 2022-23 season with Paris Saint-Germain.
The 36-year-old Argentine has already left the French club for a new stint in the USA with Inter Miami.
At Paris Saint Germain, he played for two seasons and managed to win the Ligue 1 title twice.
Inter Miami is an American professional soccer club based in Fort Lauderdale. Established in 2018, the club began to play in Major League Soccer in the 2020 season.
He won four UEFA Champions League titles with Barcelona in 2005-06, 2008-09, 2010-11, and 2014-15 seasons.
Messi has won a total of seven Ballon d'Or titles in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2019, and 2021.
He also won the European Golden Shoe, which is given to the top goalscorer at the end of each season in Europe.
He won it in 2009-10, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons.
He won the FIFA World Cup Golden Ball (best player in the final) in 2014 and 2022 and FIFA World Cup Silver Boot in 2022.
