Lahore tops global pollution ranking

Recently the air quality index of big cities of the world was released.
Lahore of Pakistan is at the top position in this index.
That means Lahore is the most polluted city in the world.
Lahore's preliminary air quality index is 400, which is considered hazardous.
The ongoing pollution issue in Lahore, Pakistan's second largest metropolis, has affected the lives and health of millions of people.
There are 5 types of pollutants used to calculate AQI.
These pollutants are particulate matter, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and ground level ozone.
An AQI grade of 150-200 is considered unhealthy.
201-300 is more harmful.
300 and above is seriously dangerous.
